Jennifer Lawrence to Star as Elizabeth Holmes in Apple Original Films & Adam McKay's 'Bad Blood'

Jennifer Lawrence is taking on a new role!

The actress is set to star as Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes in a new feature film from director Adam McKay and Apple Original Films, per Variety.

Adam will write, produce and director the movie, which will see him reunite with Jennifer after they worked together on his new film Don’t Look Up.

The feature is based on Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist John Carreyrou‘s book Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in Silicon Valley, which charts Elizabeth Holmes‘ dramatic rise and fall, beginning with her promise to revolutionize the health care system and ending with her on trial for fraud.

Elizabeth‘s story is also set to become a series at Hulu called Dropout, with another famous actress set to star in the lead role. Find out who!
