A Beloved 'Sex and the City' Character Was Shockingly Killed Off in the 'And Just Like That' Series Premiere (Spoilers)

The Sex and the City sequel series And Just Like That premiered on HBO Max today (December 9) and there was a shocking moment in the first episode.
One of the beloved characters from the original series was killed off right in the beginning and a funeral was held in episode two. Only two episodes are streaming right now.

Chris Noth’s character Mr. Big
Mr. Big, played by Chris Noth, died from a heart attack in episode one.
Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) arrived home from a piano recital for Charlotte’s daughter to find Mr. Big collapsed on the bathroom floor. He had a heart attack after riding his Peloton bike.
Mr. Big died in Carrie’s arms as she comforted him in his final moments. Fans have noted that she didn’t seem to call for an ambulance, though he died within seconds of her arriving in the bathroom.
