Lil Nas X & Coldplay Drop Out of Jingle Ball Shows Because of COVID-19

Lil Nas X and Coldplay have dropped out of upcoming shows on the Jingle Ball tours due to COVID-19.

Members of the crew for each act have tested positive for the virus, leading to them withdrawing from the upcoming shows, according to Deadline. The artists are not the ones affected.

Lil Nas X performed just last night (December 10) at Z100′s Jingle Ball show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden, but he will no longer appear at upcoming shows. He was scheduled to perform in Washington, D.C. on the 14th.

Coldplay was set to perform both tonight (December 11) and Sunday night at the Capital One Jingle Ball concert at London’s O2 Arena.

Justin Bieber and Ed Sheeran will now perform extended sets in London due to Coldplay‘s absence.
