Detective Claims Tory Lanez Shouted 'Dance Bitch' at Megan Thee Stallion Before Allegedly Shooting Her in the Foot

New details have come to light about what happened the night Tory Lanez allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot.

Last summer, it was reported that the 29-year-old Love Me Now? Canadian rapper and singer shot the 25-year-old “Savage” superstar during a roadside dispute after a party at Kylie Jenner‘s Hollywood home.

People writes that during a court hearing on Tuesday (December 14), LAPD Det. Ryan Stogner testified that an “intoxicated” Tory Lanez allegedly shouted, “Dance, bitch!” before shooting at Megan‘s feet.

“[Megan] observed [Tory] holding a firearm and then she observed him start to shoot,” the detective said. “Megan immediately felt pain to her feet, observed blood, fell to the ground, and then crawled to an adjacent driveway of a residence… She described her injuries as bleeding profusely.”

He also claimed that Tory apologized for shooting Megan and “offered her money and begged her to please not say anything,” per Megan‘s account of the incident.

She also reportedly told the detective that Tory made “a reference to the fact he was already on probation.”

James Queally, who is a reporter for the LA Times, tweeted that Tory‘s attorney “seemed to be hinting that another person in the car (a friend of Megan Thee Stallion) may have actually pulled the trigger.”

Tory was present in the courtroom during the testimony and his attorney questioned Det. Ryan Stogner about whether he had asked Megan “how much she had to drink that day,” according to the report.

Tory was charged with one felony count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, personal use of a firearm, and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle last summer. He has maintained his innocence and also claimed that he was “framed.”

Megan spoke out about the incident earlier this year and referred to Tory as an “abuser” in a series of tweets.
