Lala Kent Claims Her Engagement Ring from Randall Emmett Was 'Fake': 'A Punch in the Gut'

Lala Kent is making some major claims about the ring her ex-fiance Randall Emmett gave her.

During an emotional episode of her podcast, Give Them Lala, the 31-year-old Vanderpump Rules star alleged that the producer proposed to her with a “fake” engagement ring that originally had a “s–t brown” diamond.

She began the podcast by explaining she finds out new information “daily” about Randall‘s alleged behavior and secrets, which often feel like “a punch in the gut.”

Lala shared that one new piece of information was that the 6-carat diamond ring she’d been given in 2018 may not have been as high quality as she’d assumed.

She claimed that she’d once heard her ex-fiance explaining to her mom that “some rappers take s–tty diamonds and make them pretty.”

After their split, Lala took the ring to a “highly recommended” jeweler. According to her, the GIA certification allegedly described the stone as having been “treated by one or more processes to change its color” and the jeweler said that the diamond “was most likely brown” before it was treated.

He also said that he would estimate the stone was worth something “in the teens” instead of the $150,000 price tag that had been made public by the ring’s original designer in Page Six.

Lala confronted the designer and claimed he had offered to rework the stone into a necklace, before he allegedly admitted to her, “[Randall] knew exactly what he was buying. He knew the diamond he was getting.”

“I love any type of ring that is given and has sentimental value. I don’t care if it was $100, I don’t care if it was $100 million — I don’t,” the reality star said on her podcast. “No wonder he whose name we shall not mention flew in four times, he had to make sure the s–t brown diamond was clear!”

She went on to say that she’s not planning on keeping the stone in any form.

“If I’m allowed to get rid of it, that’s what I want to do. I don’t want it in a pendant. I don’t want this thing in my home. It’s bad ju-ju,” she explained.

Lala first sparked breakup rumors back in October when she deleted all photos of Randall from her Instagram page and she liked a post about him cheating on her. She subsequently addressed the rumors and updated fans on how she was doing on another episode of her podcast.

The pair are parents to a seven-month-old daughter named Ocean.

Lala recently hinted at a possible Vanderpump Rules exit. Find out what she said
