Jana Kramer Shares New Details About Brief Romance with Jay Cutler

Jana Kramer is spilling the tea.

During a recent episode of her Whine Down podcast, the 38-year-old country singer opened up about briefly dating Jay Cutler earlier this year and explained why she didn’t share too much about her personal life at that time.

“I get scared to want to talk about my dating life because I’ve been so fooled that I’m terrified to be fooled again,” Jana said.

“Obviously the whole Jay stuff, that became public because we went out and he was a very public person so obviously that came out,” she continued. “But I never spoke on it because I didn’t know what it was.”

If you didn’t know, Jana and the 38-year-old retired pro football player briefly dated back in September.

At the time, a source claimed that Jay‘s ex-wife Kristin Cavallari blocked Jana on social media after learning that the two were seeing each other.

While they did spend some time together, Jana clarified on her podcast that she and Jay were never “exclusive.”

“Just because I went on a date with someone doesn’t mean we’re exclusive and he’s my boyfriend,” Jana explained. “He was never my boyfriend.”

Last month, Jana opened up about not spending Thanksgiving with her kids as they were spending the holiday with their dad Mike Caussin, who Jana filed for divorce from earlier this year.
