Kelly Clarkson Tried to Get Her Ex-Husband Evicted from Her Montana Home & Unfortunately Failed

Kelly Clarkson‘s ex-husband Brandon Blackstock is reportedly still living in the Montana ranch that they shared during their marriage, but she wants him out of the house as she’s now the sole owner.

The 39-year-old singer and The Voice coach went to court to have Brandon, 44, evicted from the house, but she has lost the legal battle, according to Us Weekly.

“Kelly recently had a major legal setback in a bid to get Brandon evicted from the Montana property that the judge awarded solely to her,” a source told Us Weekly. “He has been living in it and said he doesn’t have the financial means to afford to purchase a residence of his own at this time, citing the unresolved financial aspect of their divorce.”

“The judge sided with Brandon and ruled in his favor, the order just hasn’t been formally signed off on,” the insider added.

Kelly just commented on her dating life and romantic future in a new interview.
