Dev Patel, Ben Kingsley & Ralph Fiennes Join Benedict Cumberbatch in Roald Dahl 'Henry Sugar' Project For Netflix

A ton of stars have boarded Wes Anderson‘s new movie, The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar and Six More.

Benedict Cumberbatch, Ralph Fiennes, Dev Patel and Sir Ben Kingsley will all star in the Netflix project which brings the story collection written by Roald Dahl to life.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, this will be the first project from Roald Dahl’s estate to head to Netflix. The deal was announced in 2018.

Published in 1982, the collection features both fiction and nonfiction stories, with the title one centering on Henry Sugar, a man who steals a book that shows him how to see through objects and predict the future.

This touches off a series of misadventures that involve evading Mafia henchmen, working with a Hollywood makeup artist to craft new identities and setting up orphanages around the world.

Benedict will play the character, and also act as a link to the other stories by playing multiple roles throughout.

It’s unknown at the moment which roles Dev, Ralph and Ben will be portraying.
