Mark Ruffalo & Hugh Laurie to Star in 'All the Light We Can Not See' Series at Netflix
Mark Ruffalo and Hugh Laurie are joining the cast of a new series at Netflix!
According to Deadline, the pair will star as leads opposite Aria Mia Loberti in All The Light We Cannot See, a limited series adaptation of Anthony Doerr’s Pulitzer Prize-winning bestseller.

The outlet writes that Aria, who is blind, will play a blind teenager named Marie-Laurie who crosses paths with a German soldier named Werner. The story follows the pair as they try to survive World War II in occupied France.
Mark will star as Daniel LeBlanc, the Museum of Natural History in Paris’ lead locksmith who is also Marie’s father, while Hugh is set to play Etienne LeBlanc, a World War I hero struggling with PTSD.
Anthony Doerr’s novel was published in 2014 and has spent over 200 weeks on the New York Times best-seller list. The book has sold more than 5.7 million copies in North America across print, e-book and audio formats, as well as another 9.5 million copies worldwide.
The four-part series comes from Stranger Things‘ producer Shawn Levy‘s 21 Laps Entertainment.
