Ina Garten Has Hilarious Response to Reese Witherspoon's Healthy Habits: 'Probably Not Doing Any of Those'

Ina Garten is keeping it real.

On Monday (January 10), the Barefoot Contessa star had a hilarious reaction to a post Reese Witherspoon had shared to Instagram, where she outlined some of the healthy habits she was going to implement in the new year.

“Let’s talk about habits!” Reese captioned a video of herself. “Are there any that have improved your daily life? Here are some I’m working towards:

1. Start the day with a big glass of water
2. Get 10 minutes of outdoor light. [Stanford neuroscience professor Andrew Huberman] recommends morning light.
3. Spend 30-60 mins reading without distraction everyday.
4. In bed by 10pm. *no late night TV binges. Try to get 8 hours of rest!”

Ina shared her thoughts in the comments, writing, “To quote Reese Witherspoon, that sounds great but I’m probably not doing any of those things! LOL!!”

She then shared her “easier to follow” suggestions, which included drinking more large cosmos, staying up late to watch addictive streaming series, playing Sudoko in bed instead of reading and safely spending time with the people you love.

“In a pandemic, I do what I can,” Ina added.
