Prince Andrew Will Face Civil Sex Case Trial From Epstein Accuser Virginia Giuffre

Prince Andrew‘s motion to dismiss Virginia Giuffre’s sexual assault case against him was thrown out by a judge.
This means that the British royal will face a lawsuit in a New York courtroom where he will have to fight allegations of sexual assault.
Since the case is a civil trial, it is not likely he would be facing jail time at this stage.
The royal was friends with disgraced dead billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. Virginia is alleging that when she was underage, the royal had sex with her at the direction of Epstein‘s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, CNBC reports.
Epstein died in jail by suicide in 2019. His private pilot actually recently revealed the list of celebrities who flew on Epstein’s private jet.
