Anthony Ramos Joins New Marvel Series 'Ironheart' In Secret Role

Anthony Ramos is joining the MCU!

The 30-year-old In the Heights actor is set to star in the new Marvel series Ironheart at Disney+.

The series will feature Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, “a genius inventor and the creator of the most advanced suit of armor since Iron Man,” per Deadline.

Details about Anthony‘s role have yet to be revealed, but sources told the outlet it will be similar to Jonathan Majors part as Kang the Conqueror in Loki. The actor is expected to make appearances in other Marvel projects as well.

First introduced to the MCU in 2016, Riri Williams is a 15-year-old MIT student who reverse engineers Iron Man’s armor so as to create a suit of her own. Tony Stark eventually notices her efforts and gives her his blessing to pursue the life of a superhero.

A premiere date for the new show has yet to be announced, but a source adds that Riri will make her debut in the upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which is set to be released in November.
