Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift are teaming up!

The 30-year-old “Shape of You” singer-songwriter and the 32-year-old “willow” star reunited for a new version of Ed‘s “The Joker & The Queen,” available on Thursday (February 10).

This is also Ed and Taylor’s fourth official collaboration to date, following “Everything Has Changed” (2012), “End Game” (2017) and “Run (Taylor’s Version)” (2021).

When Ed wrote the original version of the song for his album =, he “immediately thought of Taylor as the perfect guest voice for the track and later reached out to invite her to record her vocals,” according to his label.

The track also features string arrangements provided by Ed’s brother, Matthew.

The accompanying Emil Nava-directed official video continues the storyline from the “Everything Has Changed” video, as Ed and Taylor’s characters Ava and Jack are now 18-year-olds going off to school.
