Jhene Aiko hit the stage for a performance during the pre-show at the 2022 Super Bowl!

The 33-year-old singer performed her rendition of “America the Beautiful” before the big game on Sunday afternoon (February 13) at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif.

NBC is being slammed for something that happened in the moments before Jhene performed the song.

Before the game, Jhene explained why she can’t pick a team to win. She said, “my Daddy’s from Cincinnati… Mom is from L.A 🥰 America the Beautiful 😍 Only 12 days until the big game 😬 SEE YOU THERE!”
