Lisa Vanderpump Emerges for the First Time Since Surgery After Horse Accident

Lisa Vanderpump is doing okay.

The 61-year-old Real Housewives star was spotted out and about for the first time since getting surgery following a horseback riding accident in January.

Lisa could be seen wearing a stylish ensemble and a rhinestone encrusted high heeled boot as she made her way out in Los Angeles in pictures obtained by Daily Mail.

She also told the outlet that she is healing “ahead of schedule” after suffering four leg fractures.

“I am doing so much better thanks to Dr. [Kenneth] Jung, and his brilliant talents as an orthopedic surgeon. It was such a devastating fall and break, I’m just so lucky and thankful that I didn’t break my back,” she said.

At the end of January, Lisa was hospitalized after the accident involving her beloved horse HRH Prince Tardon at The Paddock Riding Club in Los Feliz, Los Angeles.

“I’d been cantering and my beautiful horse fell, cut his gorgeous nose and I landed breaking my leg in four places, but I was so concerned I’d broken my back,” she said.

“When the horse fell, he jumped over me after I landed on the ground. I can happily report that HRH Prince Tardon is doing fine now.”

We’re happy to hear that both she and the horse are healing well!
