“I think when Kevin Feige first said, ‘We’ll know about the future of cinema, or the cinema-going experience, after this film,’ I was like, ‘OK, everyone’s drinking too much of the Kool-Aid around here,’” he explained of the studio’s anticipation of the movie’s release amid the pandemic.

The movie brought in $260 million in its opening weekend, going on to become the third biggest movie ever at the domestic box office.

“My ignorance was showed up,” he admitted.

He also stars in the upcoming Marvel movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness – and there are a lot of things you might have missed in the new trailer!
