Shanna Moakler Addresses Claim She's 'Obsessed' with Travis Barker & Kourtney Kardashian

Shanna Moakler is speaking out about her ex-husband Travis Barker and his fiancee Kourtney Kardashian.

Ever since the couple went public with their relationship in early 2021, fans noticed that Shanna has liked some seemingly shady comments about Kourtney on social media and has made some comments about the couple.

In a new interview after being evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house, Shanna addressed the claim that she’s “obsessed” with Travis and Kourtney.

“I think people, because of things that have happened in the press, or comments that I have made, people think that I’m really obsessed with the relationship or I’m bitter or I’m jealous, but I’m really just not,” Shanna shared with Entertainment Tonight.

“I’m in a relationship and I’m really happy, and it’s just not something that’s centered in my world,” Shanna continued. “That’s why I was so excited for this Big Brother opportunity, because I wanted America to see me for who I was, and not necessarily what’s pumped out to the masses and the media sometimes. I wanted people to see my personality and the fun side of Shanna, and not always the drama that you see in the media.”

Shanna and Travis were married from 2004 until 2008. Travis is shares 22-year-old Atiana (whose father is boxer Oscar De La Hoya) as well as son Landon, 18, and daughter Alabama, 16, with Shanna.

Also in the interview, Shanna did acknowledge that the Kardashian family is apart of her kids’ lives now, which means they might appear on the upcoming Hulu reality series, The Kardashians.

“I wont be tuning in,” Shanna said with a chuckle. “But I think it’s fine if this is an opportunity that they want to be a part of.”

“My children are my first priority and, that’s one thing that I think Travis and I do agree on,” Shanna continued. “That’s probably the only thing we agree on, but our children come first and their happiness. As long as the Kardashians are good to my kids, that’s all that matters to me as a mom. As long as they’re happy, and that’s the key.”
