Macy Gray put her own unique spin on the National Anthem while performing at the 2022 NBA All-Star Game!

The 54-year-old “I Try” singer stood center court and sang the “Star Spangled Banner” at the game on Sunday night (February 20) at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.

There has been a lot of commentary on social media about LeBron James‘ reaction to the performance. You can see him at the 1:00 mark in the video.

For those who don’t know, Macy is a Grammy winner for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for her song “I Try,” which was released back in 1999. She most recently released hr album Ruby in 2018.
