Sam Hunt's Wife Hannah Lee Fowler Withdraws Divorce Filing

Hannah Lee Fowler is pulling back on her intentions of divorce with Sam Hunt.

According to US Weekly, the wife of the country singer, who is expecting their first child, has withdrawn her intention to divorce.

According to the outlet, Hannah took back her complaint for divorce on the same day she filed it.

Hannah originally filed for divorce on Friday, February 18, and accused Sam of “inappropriate marital conduct” and “adultery.”

However, later that same day, Hannah filed a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit, which means a dismissal. According to the filing, she classified her decision as “voluntary nonsuited without prejudice,” meaning she can file for divorce a second time in the future.

In accordance with Tennessee law though, if Hannah chooses to seek a divorce the second time from Sam, she cannot withdraw it.

A judge had yet to sign off on the filing, which would then dismiss the case completely.
