'Sonic the Hedgehog 2' Releases 3 New Character Posters for Sonic, Tails & Knuckles!

Three new character posters have dropped for Sonic the Hedgehog 2!

Paramount Pictures has debuted posters for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles, giving fans a closer look at the film’s main trio.

Ben Schwartz is returning to voice the title character again alongside Jim Carrey as the iconic Dr. Robotnik. Also reprising their roles for the upcoming sequel are James Marsden, Tika Sumpter, Natasha Rothwell, and Adam Pally.

Other additions to the cast include Shemar Moore, Idris Elba and Colleen O’Shaughnessey as the voice of Tails.

Here’s the synopsis for the movie: “After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is eager to prove he has what it takes to be a true hero. His test comes when Dr. Robotnik returns, this time with a new partner, Knuckles, in search for an emerald that has the power to destroy civilizations. Sonic teams up with his own sidekick, Tails, and together they embark on a globe-trotting journey to find the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands.”

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is set to hit theaters on April 8, 2022. Check out the character posters in the gallery below!
