“LET’S GOOOOOOO,” he tweeted on Wednesday night (February 23), just as news started to reach social media about the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
When he received some backlash for insensitive timing on social media, he wrote: “unfortunately i’m just now seeing what’s happening with the onflict and will pause on tomorrow’s announcement. i pray for everyone’s safety.”
While he didn’t reveal what his announcement would be about, his Dawn FM is the second part of a trilogy kicked off by 2020’s After Hours. He also has a music special set to premiere exclusively on Amazon’s Prime Video on Saturday (Feb. 26).
Another star is also getting a lot of backlash for what they said about the conflict.
