Joy Behar has come under fire for her tone deaf comments about the Russia’s invasion and attack in Ukraine.

After moderator Whoopi Goldberg opened up the conversation about the attack, Joy revealed that she was worried not just about Eastern Europe, but Western Europe as well.

“Well, I’m scared of what’s going to happen in Western Europe, too,” she said, adding, that it might mess with her planned vacation to Italy.

Joy said, “You know, you plan a trip, you want to go there. [I wanted] to go to Italy for four years. I haven’t been able to make it because of the pandemic — and now this. It’s like, what’s going on there, too?”

Many viewers then took to social media to condemn Joy‘s remarks.

““Someone please call Putin and explain that this invasion thing might ruin Joy Behar’s trip to Italy,” one Twitter user wrote.

With another writing, “God grant me the absolute confidence and egocentricity of Joy Behar complaining that a war ruined her vacation plans while the bombs are literally still dropping.”

This isn’t the first, nor the last, time that the ladies at the table have come under fire.
