Kanye West Responds to Kim Kardashian's Divorce Petition with Objections

Kanye West is objecting to Kim Kardashian‘s latest divorce petition.

Just a couple days ago, Kim filed new legal documents to further along her divorce from Kanye and this time she mentioned the barrage of social media posts he’s created about them.

“Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress,” she said in the documents.

Kanye‘s lawyer filed a response that basically is insinuating that he might not have written the social media posts.

The lawyer told TMZ, “Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation … Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye.”

It’s also being reported that Kanye does not want their prenup to be viewed as valid.

TMZ reports that it’s “highly unlikely the judge will buy what Ye‘s lawyer is selling … restoring single status is a routine procedure, and the very point is to separate division of assets from marital status.”
