'Squid Game' Stars Lee Jung-jae & Hoyeon Jung Win at SAG Awards 2022!

Lee Jung-jae and Hoyeon Jung are both winners!

The 49-year-old actor won for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series, and the 27-year-old actress won for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series at the 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday (February 27) at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

He beat out Brian Cox, Billy Crudup, Kiernan Culkin and Jeremy Strong for the win.

“Thank you so much. This is truly huge, that’s happened to me, I did write something but I don’t think I’m going to get to reading it. Thank you so, so much SAG Awards,” he said via translator.

She beat out Jennifer Aniston, Elisabeth Moss, Sarah Snook and Reese Witherspoon for her win.

“First and foremost, thank you so much. I have sat many a times watching you on the big screen, dreaming of one day becoming an actor. I just want to say thank you so much,” she said via translation before declaring a big, sweet “I love you!” in English to the entire Squid Game crew.
