Ariana DeBose Joins Sony/Marvel's 'Kraven The Hunter'!

West Side Story star Ariana DeBose has landed her next big role right after her big win at the 2022 SAG Awards!

The 31-year-old actress will be joining a Marvel/Sony project!

Ariana has signed on to star in Sony Pictures’ Kraven the Hunter alongside Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the title role.

Kraven is known as one of Marvel’s big anti-heroes who has encountered the likes of Spider-Man, Black Panther, and more. He’s actually best known as one of Spider-Man’s big nemeses. While Ariana‘s role was not yet announced, Deadline says she’s rumored to be playing Calypso, who is a supervillain with powers of mind-control and resurrection.

The film will be released in theaters on January 13, 2023. Stay tuned as we learn more!
