Sam Heughan Opens Up About Having an Intimacy Coordinator For 'Outlander's Upcoming Season
Sam Heughan steps out to promote the brand new season of Outlander during a panel discussion at 92nd Street Y on Tuesday night (March 1) in New York City.
The 41-year-old actor joined host Josh Horowitz to chat about all things Outlander, as the upcoming sixth season is debuting this weekend on Starz.
In another recent interview, Sam opened up about the show now having a intimacy coordinator on the set.

Speaking with RadioTimes, Sam and co-star Caitriona Balfe recognized how the times have changed since the series premiere years ago.
While fans can still expect plenty of intimate scenes between the pair, Vanessa Coffey has joined the series as an intimacy coordinator for the cast.
“It was a very different world when we started Outlander eight years ago,” Sam recalled.
He added that while “Caitriona and I have obviously developed an amazing relationship and feel very comfortable with each other,” he does recognize that “it’s also really important for other people to feel comfortable.”
