OlderKim Kardashian Legally Declared Single, Judge Awards Kanye West 1 of His 3 Conditions
A judge has granted Kim Kardashian‘s request to be made single in her ongoing divorce from Kanye West.
A hearing took place today (March 2), with Kim in attendance virtually. Kanye was not present.

The Judge granted Kim’s request and she will now be known as “Kim Kardashian,” dropping “West.”
In addition, the judge addressed the three conditions Kanye West had in his latest paperwork in order to proceed. The judge only granted one of his conditions, which reads as (via TMZ), “any right to get reimbursement of money that’s supposed to be divided up will be preserved in case either of the dies.”
The two conditions that were denied were “Kim would not transfer any assets she had in trust, and if Kim remarries she would waive the ‘marital privilege.’”
Kim‘s latest divorce documents revealed why she wanted to be declared single ASAP.
