The Outlander star made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday (March 10), where he spoke with host Andy Cohen on working with the 53-year-old performer on the new rom-com.

“It’s her acting debut, what an icon,” he began.

“She’s incredible, but she’s not only in the movie and she’s really good and extremely funny, but she’s also supplying the music for the movie,” Sam revealed. “She’s written a song especially for us.”

He was then asked by a fan what the “kookiest” thing Celine did on set, but he couldn’t think of anything. “She was amazing, honestly,” the actor added.
