Katie Maloney & Tom Schwartz's Divorce Docs Reveal New Details About Their Split

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwarz‘s divorce is moving forward.

People writes that Katie filed the divorce petition on Tuesday (March 22) in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The outlet notes that she listed their separation date as Feb. 12, approximately a month before they announced their split on Instagram. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce.

Katie also did not request spousal support for either party and added that they have yet to determine how to split their assets.

The pair had been together for 12 years before their breakup. They were married in 2016, but didn’t file the paperwork to be legally married until 2019.

Last week, Tom spoke out about their divorce and revealed he blamed himself for their split.
