During the appearance, Gwen sat down for a game of “Burning Questions” with Ellen, where she answered a bunch of questions about her life, including what embarrasses her kids, the weirdest rumor that she’s heard about herself, and her nickname for husband Blake Shelton – which she revealed is “Blakey,” and he calls her “pretty girl.”
At one point, she was asked about a movie role that she auditioned for that people would be surprised to know.
“Mr. & Mrs. Smith – Angelina beat me,” she said of the 2005 film, which is where Angelina and Brad Pitt met.
“Wow, that could have gone a whole different way. Talk about Sliding Doors,” Ellen remarked.
She also recently issued an apology to her husband Blake – find out why.
