Tish Cyrus Files for Divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus After Nearly 30 Years of Marriage

Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus are going their separate ways.

TMZ reports that the couple have split after nearly 30 years of marriage. The outlet writes that Tish filed the documents in Tennessee last week.

The filing states that the couple haven’t lived together for more than 2 years and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. She’s requesting the court equally distribute their marital assets.

This marks the third time the couple has filed for divorce, with the first being in 2010 when Billy Ray filed. Tish subsequently filed in 2013, but the divorce was called off.

The pair were married in 1993 in Franklin, Tennessee and share 5 children: Brandi, 34, Miley, 29, Noah, 22, Trace, 33 and Braison, 27.
