According to the site, the outcome of the investigation found that Frank had been sexual harassing members on the set, including making inappropriate comments to a female co-star on set during work.

The investigation was first reported by TMZ.

The Fall of the House of Usher, based on works by Edgar Allen Poe, is about halfway through production, and the scenes that Frank had filmed will be re-shot with a new lead.

The cast also includes Carla Gugino, Mary McDonnell, Carl Lumbly and Mark Hamill.

The eight-episode series is described as an epic tale of greed, horror and tragedy. Poe’s short story The Fall of the House of Usher, which serves as the basis for the show, features themes of madness, family, isolation and identity.

The decision about Frank continues a long line of previous firings of actors from projects due to their behavior on the set.
