In addition to developing, producing, and starring in content for GAC Family and GAC Living, she is being given an executive role at the company. Her deal with GAC is not an exclusive one though, so there was a question over whether she would still continue appearing in Hallmark content.

Now, a Hallmark spokesperson is responding, confirming that she is no longer working with the company.

“Crown Media has enjoyed over 10 years of collaboration with Candace,” the spokesperson told Variety. “We respect her decision and thank her for her many contributions.”

A source confirmed to the outlet that Candace will not appear in any new projects for Hallmark’s parent company Crown Media. After appearing in 18 movies for The Aurora Teagarden Mysteries, there are no plans to make any new films for the franchise.
