The judge dismissed a harassment charge from the same incident, as well as a charge of obstructing a public sidewalk in a separate incident, in exchange for their no-contest plea.

Their court appearance came hours after they were arrested for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman after being asked to leave a get together at a private residence. Ezra was released from custody early Tuesday pending further investigation.

The Fantastic Beasts actor was arrested last month during an incident at a karaoke bar, where they allegedly ripped a microphone out of a woman’s hands and also lunged at a man who was playing darts.

According to a new reported, Warner Bros. may pause Ezra‘s projects amid their arrests.
