He confirmed the news on Twitter, and made a joke about the reason behind his diagnosis.

Ozark stars Jason Bateman and Laura Linney were set to be the guests on tonight’s show along with Veep star Matt Walsh.

“Yep! I tested positive for Covid, but basically I’m feeling fine- grateful to be vaxxed and boosted. Thank you for the well wishes. This just proves that I will do anything to avoid interviewing Jason Bateman,” he joked on Twitter.

Instead, CBS will air a repeat featuring Josh Brolin and a performance by The Who.

The show was already set to go on hiatus next week. The next original episode is scheduled for May 2.

Another star also just tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss performances.
