Ant Anstead Denied Emergency Custody of His Son With Ex Christina Hall

Ant Anstead will not be getting primary custody immediately.

The 43-year-old TV presenter filed paperwork against 38-year-old HGTV star ex Christina Hall for full custody of their 2-year-old son Hudson, and a California judge denied his request, via E! News.

According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Ant‘s application was denied due to an “insufficient” presentation of pressing matters. The case won’t be addressed until a hearing on June 28.

He asked for full custody in his original filing, with Christina getting alternating weekends, and wants Christina to be restricted from any “commercial endeavor” involving Hudson unless he agrees. Find out more about his reasoning why, as well as her response to the allegations.
