While the public red carpet arrivals have been cancelled, the Hall revealed that the ceremony will still go on.

“The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum joins family and fans in grieving the sudden loss of Naomi Judd. Following the wishes of the Judd family, the museum will move forward with the Medallion Ceremony on Sunday, May 1, with Wynonna planning on being in attendance,” their statement said, via Billboard.

Wynonna, who was one half of The Judds with her mother, will attend.

The other inductees are Eddie Bayers, who played on many of the Judds’ records, Ray Charles and Pete Drake.

Wynonna and her sister, Ashley Judd, sadly announced that Naomi had passed away earlier today.
