Lin-Manuel Miranda Arrives for Co-Chair Duties at Met Gala 2022 with Wife Vanessa Nadal

Lin-Manuel Miranda is looking so suave on the red carpet!

The 42-year-old actor, singer, and director and his wife Vanessa Nadal arrived at the 2022 Met Gala on Monday evening (May 2) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

For the event, Lin-Manuel looked so handsome in a black and white tux while Vanessa donned a velvet purple dress with puffy sleeves paired with emerald green heels.

The dress code for the event is “Gilded Glamour” and it’s inspired by the Costume Institute’s exhibition, In America: An Anthology of Fashion. Guests are asked to “embody the grandeur—and perhaps the dichotomy—of Gilded Age New York,” a period that stretched from 1870 to 1890.

Lin-Manuel is serving as a co-chair for this year’s event with Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and Regina King.
