Garrett Hedlund is looking ripped these days!

On Wednesday (May 11), the 37-year-old Triple Frontier and Modern Love actor took to social media to share a photo showing off his ripped six-pack abs while at the gym.

“When asked what you’re training for…?” Garrett wrote on his Instagram. “And you say…for life.”

In the photo, Garrett is flexing his muscles while holding up his T-shirt by his teeth, baring his ripped six-pack abs.

Garrett‘s gym pic comes several days after he wrote and posted a letter on Instagram to his ex-girlfriend Emma Roberts in honor of Mother’s Day.

If you didn’t know, Garrett and the 31-year-old actress split up earlier this year after three years together. They share 16-month-old son Rhodes.
