The 35-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress tried to keep a low profile under a black baseball hat and sunglasses as she headed back to her truck after a doctor’s appointment on Thursday afternoon (May 12) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

For her outing, Shay showed off her bare baby bump wearing an unbuttoned tan shirt over a black sports bra paired with flowing black pants and sandals.
