Christina Haack & Ex-Husband Ant Anstead Ordered to Attend Mediation Amid Ongoing Custody Battle

Christina Haack and her ex-husband Ant Anstead are working things out.

According to court docs obtained by Us Weekly, the pair are required to meet with a mediator next month in order to address their custody battle and visitation issues ahead of their next hearing.

Last month, Ant 43, filed paperwork in the courts requesting full custody of 2-year-old son Hudson, whom he shares with Christina, 38.

He claimed that the Flip or Flop alum had been mostly absent from their son’s life, spending an average of “nine full days each month” with him over the last 20 months. Ant also alleged that Christina had returned their son to him in January without sharing that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

“At the time, my partner [Renée Zellweger] was filming her new project and her covid diagnosis placed the whole production on pause,” he stated in the court documents.

Christina said in a statement that she was “deeply” saddened by the situation. “I am a good mom and I love my children with all my heart,” she said.

In late April, it was confirmed that Ant‘s request had been denied after he provided an “insufficient showing” of evidence.
