Hilary Duff Shares Rare Comments About Co-Parenting Son Luca with Ex-Husband Mike Comrie

“We talk about [him] often,” Hilary told Grazia magazine. “I like to tell him about how I met his father, about the good times we spent together, about the greatest joy when I found out I was pregnant and how his father and I coped with pregnancy. It is a very sweet thing.”

Hilary and Mike, 41, married in August 2010 and welcomed Luca in March 2012. Their divorce was finalized in February 2016.

Also in her interview, Hilary said that Luca is very “curious” and wants to know what she was like when she was his age.

“He wants to know … funny things I did at his age, the times I got in trouble,” Hilary joked. “He’s at home with us every other day, so I can’t tell him every night but twice a week on average.”

After splitting with Mike, Hilary went on to marry musician Matthew Koma in December 2019 and they share two daughters – Banks, 3, and Mae, 1.
