'Joker' Sequel Update - Working Title Revealed

The director posted the first official confirmation that the Joker sequel is moving ahead on Tuesday (June 7) with a script reveal on Instagram.

The script was penned by Todd and Scott Silver, who also collaborated with the director on the first movie.

Even more exciting, the script features a working title: Joker: Folie a Deux. (The term means the presence of the same or similar delusional ideas in two persons closely associated with one another, via Merriam-Webster.)

He also included a shot of star Joaquin Phoenix reading the screenplay, confirming his involvement in the movie.
