Uma Thurman & Henry Golding to Star Opposite Charlize Theron in 'The Old Guard 2'

There have been some new additions to the cast of The Old Guard 2.

According to Variety, Uma Thurman and Henry Golding are set to star opposite Charlize Theron in the sequel to the hit Netflix movie.

The pair will join previously announced cast members KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Veronica Ngo and Chiwetel Ejiofor, who will be reprising their roles from the original movie.

The highly anticipated sequel will be directed by Victoria Mahoney. The first installment in the franchise focused on a covert group of tight-knit mercenaries with a mysterious inability to die have fought to protect the mortal world for centuries.

Charlize had previously confirmed that filming for The Old Guard 2 would begin at the start of 2022.
