Game of Thrones' Alfie Allen Attends Tony Awards 2022, Nominated for 'Hangmen'!

Alfie Allen is a first-time nominee at the Tonys!

The 35-year-old actor looked so suave while walking the carpet at the 2022 Tony Awards on Sunday (June 12) at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Alfie was nominated for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Play for his work in the play Hangmen. The award went to Jesse Tyler Ferguson for Take Me Out.

Hangmen is up for five awards tonight, including Best Play, Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Play for David Threlfall, Best Scenic Design of a Play, and Best Lighting Design of a Play.

Here is the show’s synopsis: “In his small pub in the North of England in the mid-1960s, Harry is something of a local celebrity. But what’s the second-best hangman in England to do on the day they’ve abolished hanging? Amongst the cub reporters and pub regulars, people are dying to hear Harry’s reaction to the news when an intriguing stranger, Mooney, from London -with a very different wardrobe and motive – enters their world. ”
