Zac Efron To Lead Wrestling Dynasty Film 'The Iron Claw'

Zac Efron has added another new project to his to do list.

The 34-year-old actor will star in The Iron Claw from A24, according to Deadline.

The drama film comes writer-director Sean Durkin, with A24 producing the pic with Tessa Ross, Derrin Schlesinger and Harrison Huffman.

The film was developed by House Productions, with the support of Access Entertainment, and BBC Films.

Based on the true story of the Von Erichs, The Iron Claw follows the rise and fall of the Von Erich family, a dynasty of wrestlers who made a huge impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day.

The news of Zac‘s newest project comes just days after it was revealed he’ll reunite with Nicole Kidman in a Netflix movie.
