Jeff Goldblum Replaces Hugh Grant as Zeus in Netflix 'Kaos' Series

It has been announced that the 69-year-old Jurassic World: Dominion actor has replaced Hugh Grant as the sky and thunder god in Netflix’s upcoming dark Greek mythology-based series Kaos.

The 61-year-old Love Actually actor had to drop out of the series due to scheduling conflicts, according to The Wrap.

Kaos, from writer and creator Charlie Covell, is described by Netflix as a “genre-bending series” that puts a “modern twist on Greek and Roman mythology, exploring themes of gender politics, power and life in the underworld.”

Production for the eight-episode series, which was originally announced in 2018, is expected to begin later this summer.
