Sex of Khloe Kardashian's Second Child with Tristan Thompson Revealed (Report)

Page Six is revealing that the second child is a boy.

“Khloé has always wanted a little brother for True and decided to go ahead with having the baby with the support of her family,” a source told the publication, though it has not been confirmed by Khloe.

Khloe and Tristan first started dating in 2016 and welcomed their daughter True, 4, in April 2018. They have broken up and gotten back together several times after Tristan cheated on Khloe, including with former close family friend Jordyn Woods.

In December 2021, it was reported that Tristan had fathered a son, named Theo, with Maralee Nichols, while he was dating Khloe. He later confirmed the paternity and issued a public apology to Khloe, who broke up with him shortly after the news broke.
