Ivana Trump's Cause of Death Revealed

Ivana Trump died at her New York City apartment this week and now her cause of death has been revealed.

The first wife of former President Donald Trump was found dead at the foot of the stairs inside her apartment at the age of 73.

Ivana‘s autopsy was completed on Friday and her cause of death has been released.

The New York Post reports that Ivana fell down the stairs in her home and suffered “blunt impact injuries” to her torso.

Ivana‘s best friend Nikki Haskell told Page Six that she was getting ready to go on vacation the next day.

“She was leaving for St. Tropez tomorrow. This was going to be her first trip away since the pandemic. She was afraid of getting the virus,” Nikki said. “She was my best friend. I met her the night she met Donald [Trump] … I can’t even tell you how fabulous she was, just a great friend, and the most amazing, inspirational person.”
