Kate Moss Explains Why She Provided Testimony During Johnny Depp-Amber Heard Trial

Kate Moss is opening up about her testimony.

The 48-year-old supermodel spoke out in an interview with BBC Radio about her decision to provide testimony in May when she appeared virtually during ex Johnny Depp’s trial against Amber Heard.

During the conversation, she explained why she decided to make the virtual appearance, where she shut down the rumor that he pushed her down the stairs when they dated back in the ’90s.

“I believe in the truth and I believe in fairness and justice,” she said of her testimony.

“I know the truth about Johnny. I know he never kicked me down the stairs. I had to say that truth.”

Johnny Depp was awarded $10 million in the defamation lawsuit that he filed against ex-wife Amber Heard, but she was also awarded $2 million for the countersuit that she filed against him.

Amber then filed a notice of appeal in hopes of overturning the judgment against her. Now, Johnny is doing the same.
